AIRCEL fast operator by increasing Pan India Telecom in the country, today announced the launch of 3 G mobile and data service in the Punjab Telecom circle.
With the launch of 3 G service in Punjab now Aircel 3 G launch completed in 11 Telecom circles of 13, where the operator is the 3 G spectrum. 11 Telecom circles are Chennai-TamilNadu, Karnataka, in the East, Kolkata, Bihar and Jharkhand, Assam, Orissa, Andhra Pradesh, Kerala, Jammu and Kashmir and Punjab.
To benefit Aircel 3 G services, the Subscriber should send SMS "START of 3 G" to 121. For the convenience of future 3 G mobile and high speed data service users there are no changes for voice and SMS tariff and it will be charged as Aircel 2 G GSM plan and customer can clubbed all plans for data on 3 Gspecially adapted for all segments, such as their needs and availability. The 3 G Standard and local, roaming video call costs will be 5 paisa/s (Rs. 3/minute).
