RCom backward "reading first" in Karnataka

After the stupendous success last year, reliance communications (Rcom) is back again with its programme for the participation of a unique client called "Reading First".

According to the RCOM, the main aim of the programme is to interact with customers, customers can use this opportunity to pay their bills, recharge your account, submit their form for the application of the customer and, in addition, get their CDMA phones upgraded, completed, etc. and discuss any other questions about customer service.

As part of the first reading initiative, which started last year (December 2010), team of communications with the reading will be meeting their clients under one roof in Bangalore, Mysore (India) and Hubli. Will act as a platform for receiving feedback or understanding of the needs of customers and thus help RCOM to provide unique and innovative services.
