
Motorola XOOM, the first tablet is powered by the new operating system Android 3.0 (honeycomb). This device was announced at CES in Las Vegas in 2011. It comes with a 10.1 inch touch screen display, 1 GHz NVIDIA Tegra 2 dual-core processor and so on. The Wi-Fi version of Motorola XOOM will be available by March 27.

Motorola XOOM features a 10.1 inch touch screen display with 1280 x 800 pixels resolution, Android 3.0 (honeycomb) OS, 1 GHz NVIDIA Tegra 2 dual-core processor, Wi-Fi, 5 megapixel camera with HD (720 p) video recording, 2 megapixel front-facing camera, micro USB 2.032 GB internal memory, 1 GB DDR2 RAM and much more.
Motorola XOOM are in the United States of the March 27 at Amazon.com, best buy, Costco, RadioShack, Sam's Club (select locations), Staples and Wal-Mart. This device comes with a price of $599.
