MTNL reduces tariff ISD to those affected by the Tsunami of Japan

In an attempt to fulfill its corporate social responsibility, mobile service operator first of 3 G in the India Mahanagar Telephone Nigam Ltd (MTNL) today announced a massive cut (approx. 75% leave reduction tariff) in ISD rates call Japan affected by the Tsunami.
