In an attempt to fulfill its corporate social responsibility, mobile service operator first of 3 G in the India Mahanagar Telephone Nigam Ltd (MTNL) today announced a massive cut (approx. 75% leave reduction tariff) in ISD rates call Japan affected by the Tsunami.
At this time of natural calamities, MTNL reduces their ISD fees to Japan without any additional cost. The reduced to call Japan rate will be Rs.1.25 per minute to any landline phone and Rs.4 per minute to call the network of mobile telephony in Japan.
