Apps: New Facebook for iPhone and Android Coming Soon
Mark Zuckerberg just announced that they will soon release a new updated version of their Android and iPhone Facebook app. The new update will include Facebook’s revamped groups and the Foursquare-like Places for location check-ins. There are still no words on when the new update will be released.
Facebook for Android makes it easy to stay connected and share information with friends. You can share status updates from your home screen, check out your News Feed, review your upcoming Events, look at your friends’ walls and user info, upload photos, share links, check your Inbox, and view posted videos.
Update: Android Facebook, v1.4.0, has just hit the market.
